Folde Properties developed an exquisite Knightsbridge apartment with handcrafted finishes of the highest standards

The 36' long reception area features silk wallpaper with layers of detailed painting and embroidery. The design was commissioned in a Chinese village which has been specializing in this work since the days when they embroidered the Emperors robes centuries ago; it perfectly complements the classic elegance of the property. The solid oak herringbone floor forms the backdrop for the superbly crafted bespoke furniture to suit the generous size of the reception room. English cabinetmakers worked closely with the Folde design team to create furniture that is elegant, ergonomically comfortable and timeless. The finishing touch is provided by the pearl detail on the silk lights pendants.

All ensuites are clad in Italian marbles and the stunning taps feature full Swarowski crystal handles. Decadent touches such as the integrated mirrored television complete the bedrooms with lustrous carpets made to our exact colour specifications and silk wallpapers. Light fittings and statement furniture pieces are sourced worldwide, from France to Tibet, to reflect the diverse heritage of this international location.

The high gloss Poggenpohl handle free kitchen incorporates some of the best brand names in appliances. Mirror splash backs give this area a feeling of brightness whilst adding a practical yet glamorous touch.

The fantasy powder room creates an amusing space to pamper and sparkle; hand finished lacquered wallpaper painted with metallic paints, buttoned down seating and silver leaf ceiling.
